I/We confirm that the information presented by me for this booking is correct and can be relied on by the Carrier or its agents.

Furthermore, I/We consent that containers which I have not included or incorrectly updated will not be loaded in accordance with my instructions.

I/We also acknowledge that container loading is further subject to submission of all requisite documents, including the submission of Shipping Instructions. VGM update and payment of terminal handling Charges.

Furthermore, for Triangulated Containers (Container(s) picked by me outside the Terminals), I/We hereby accept the responsibility and will be liable for any and all consequences such as bbut not limited to loss, claims, damages, liability, fines, penalties, costs and expenses of whatever natures that the Carrier or any of its agents, servants, officers, employees and/or subcontractor may suffer or incure or be held to pay/settle arising out of or in any way connected with receipt of this container outside the chosen location/depot specified by Maersk Line/Safmarine Container Lines or its agents.
